Victoria is an adult, adolescent, and young adult psychotherapist who believes in being true to who we are and honoring each person’s unique life experience. Her work is rooted in social work practice and the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and meaningful change.
A native Washingtonian and graduate of The Catholic University of America, Victoria brings a thoughtful, culturally aware perspective to her work. She believes meaningful change happens at the intersection of self-awareness, supportive relationships, and skill-building. Her collaborative, down-to-earth approach integrates evidence-based practices with an emphasis on connection, trust, and authenticity — meeting clients where they are while helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self.
She has worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults across the D.C. area navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges, supporting them through life transitions, identity development, and the ongoing impact of past experiences. Outside of her clinical work, Victoria enjoys painting, taking road trips, and spending time with her two chihuahuas.
