Our Program
Outpatient-level support groups for adults working through substance use, and for the families and friends who love them. Enrollment is rolling, so you can begin when you are ready.
Adult Substance Use Support Group
Our outpatient-level group is designed for adults (18–70+) seeking support for substance use. It is ideal for those interested in reducing their substance use and exploring sobriety. Using a dialectical abstinence philosophy, the group welcomes people following an abstinence-based recovery path as well as those who are sober-curious and focused on harm reduction.
The group provides a safe space to examine patterns of substance use, cultivate healthier relationships, improve communication, enhance social skills, and work on daily-living skills.

Friends & Family Addiction Support Group
Our outpatient-level group is designed for adults (18+) coping with a loved one who struggles with addiction. It is ideal for those who want to build a community of support, learn about addictive behaviors, center their own well-being and boundaries, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
The group offers a safe space to talk about the difficulties of loving someone with an addiction, lean on others for help, and learn from clinicians and peers alike how to support yourself while supporting a person with an addiction.
Is this the right group for you?
This group is suited to people whose loved one is currently experiencing, or has experienced, a substance use disorder or an addiction to behaviors like gambling, gaming, shopping, or sex — and who are facing challenges such as:

- Low self-esteem or uncertainty about how to help
